Babywearing International
Wearing your baby in a sling, wrap, or other type of baby carrier is a great way to keep your baby close and content AND keep both your hands free for important tasks. Babywearing is a learned skill and groups like Babywearing International's Bay Area chapter gives parents and caregivers a place to try on different types of carriers and to get advice and support about babywearing.


Weston A. Price Foundation
Shares the research of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston Price; advocates nutrient-dense whole foods and the vital fat-soluble activators found exclusively in animal fats. Includes many helpful articles on nuitrition for women and children among others.

Dr. Tom Brewer’s Pregnancy Diet
Dr. Brewer advocated and helped define a diet to prevent and in some cases reverse a host of common complications during pregnancy, including toxemia, low birth weight, prematurity, and preterm labor.
