We are proud to announce the 2017 Meet BABI Pregnancy, Birth, and Child Fair! We are looking forward to building on previous years momentum, trying new ideas to bring more of the community in to meet local professionals, and to engage them in a day of EXPERIENCING what the Bay Area has to offer expectant and new families. We invite you to participate as a vendor or sponsor (or both) at Meet BABI 2017!

This is YOUR golden opportunity to market your business and network with other birth and family centered professionals, while increasing community awareness of your services and your ability to provide healthy options for new and expectant families.

We are anticipating 200 or more families who all have needs, concerns and questions about pregnancy, birth, babies and children under 5 years old.  They want to meet you and your business/service!  We are actively seeking prenatal, family and baby centered vendors, donors and sponsors for our event.  

Note: Please register before the deadline of September 5th, as we only allow a limited number of each category of provider for this event!

SPONSOR INFORMATION

There are four different sponsorship levels available for Meet BABI:

Diamond Level - $500 (no longer available)

- On site exposure at event with one (1) 8 foot long table near entrance

- Logo displayed on Diamond Sponsor banner (professionally printed)

- Your logo displayed on the Meet BABI sponsor web page

- Your logo displayed on printed materials distributed to all event attendees

- Your logo printed on swag bags or water bottles distributed to first 100 attendees 

Platinum Level - $300 (no longer available)

- Logo displayed on Platinum Sponsor banner

- Logo displayed on the Meet BABI sponsor web page

- Logo displayed on printed materials distributed to all event attendees

- Your logo printed on one of the following items: notepad, mug, (etc) in swag bags distributed to first 100 attendees

Gold Level - $200 (no longer available)

- Logo displayed on Gold Sponsor banner

- Logo displayed on the Meet BABI sponsor web page

- Logo displayed on printed materials distributed to all event attendees

- Your logo printed on one of lip balm, pen, (etc) in swag bags distributed to first 100 attendees 

Silver Level - Donation based

- Logo displayed on printed materials distributed to all event attendees

- Item of your choosing to be provided by you in swag bags for first 100 attendees. Ideas include coupons for discounts on massages, photography sessions, or services, aromatherapy samples, massage oil samples, birth essentials "kit"... You're only limited to your imagination! We encourage you to attach your card or have your coupon printed with your business information. Swag bag items need to be pre-approved, and provided one week prior to the event.


RAFFLE PRIZE DONATION

Raffle winners will be drawn every half hour! The winner, the prize, and who sponsored the donation will be announced. We are looking for ten larger items for our drawings throughout the day. Ideas could include: yoga mats with your logo printed on it, a free massage coupon, week of free yoga classes, gift bag of postpartum "essentials", free mini photography session, etc. Please consider donating an item towards the raffle!

  • Members of BABI may display their business cards or a one-page brochure at the BABI table at no charge providing you either volunteer for at least 2 hours at the event and/or participate on a planning committee.
  • If you would like to become a member of BABI at this time, please see our Get Involved page for details and our application. Please feel free to share this invitation with your friends and colleagues. We look forward to seeing you there!

VENDOR GUIDELINES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION


  • You may arrive to the event location for set-up as early as 8:30 am. Please arrive no later then 9am and have your table set up by no later then 9:30am.
  • Swag bag items are due by September 16, 2017.
  • Cleanup will start at 3pm. Please do not begin to clean up any earlier then 3pm.
  • A table and one or two chairs (depending on table size) will be provided as well as name badges. All other signage will be your responsibility and words and images must be within BABI’s guidelines and in accordance with BABI’s mission statement.



VENDOR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY


Due to the nature of this event and limited vendor space, refunds will not be provided for any reason. Thank you for understanding and your support in this matter.
